Is your hallway a sea of coats and shoes?  Our Edmunds hallway units are handmade to the highest of standards and really do add style AND storage to your space.

Designed specifically to save you space.  These are multi functional pieces that serve as coat and shoe/boot storage, along with somewhere to sit plus a handy storage compartment for hats, gloves and scarves.  Pull those wellies on in style!

We offer lots of different variations of these units.  From our smallest unit that features coat hooks and somewhere to sit, to our all singing and dancing largest unit with doors, shelves, hooks and more!

You can choose from a hinged lid seat to maximise storage, or have a pull out drawer (on smooth action runners as standard) so you can sit and still access the storage.  We offer our most popular medium size with or without a side shelving section – the choice is yours!  As with all of our in-house Edmunds collection, there are many paint and wood options and matching hook, handle or knob choices.

Smaller units come in 2 parts for easy delivery and the larger units completely dismantle for installation anywhere.

Please note: We have finessed the look of these units recently for a sleeker appearance – all the shelved versions now feature 5 shelves each side, all supported on our super easy and reliable metal stud and socket system (removable but non adjustable).  As standard these units come with a light oak stained & waxed pine seat and shelves.  If you would like to upgrade to solid oak for any elements then please contact us for a quote.

1) A Little More About Our Edmunds Collection

Our Edmunds collection is our very own in-house collection. All our pieces have been professionally handmade and designed to an elegant shaker style and to the highest of standards. Constructed with superior details such as oxford groove on the drawers, making this item really stand out.

We pride ourselves on only the very best finish, with 12 Edmunds colours to choose from as standard and also offer a Farrow & Ball colour match service as an optional extra.  We prefer a spray application rather than brush painting, leaving a deep lasting paint finish throughout. 2) Optional Upgrades 

Oak Tops: Painted or pine tops are standard on most pieces, with an option of an upgrade to oak tops. We offer 18mm or 25mm thickness finished in a natural lacquer, oiled, grey or white lacquer finish.

Shelving: As standard, shelves are painted or pine but there is the option of solid oak. Solid oak shelves can add a touch of luxury to your Edmunds piece.  The soft warm tones against the paint colour of your choice really can impact the look. Solid oak, 18mm thickness with a natural lacquer, oiled, grey or white lacquer finish. The choice is yours!

Backboard: Adding a white contrasting backboard to a dresser or a bookcase can really make your piece of furniture stand out or a wine storage unit with contrasting white racks.

 Drawer runners: Why not add lovely  smooth action drawer runners or soft close to your piece of furniture, these optional extra upgrades are worth every penny!
